Evan joined Pebb Capital in 2018 and is responsible for investment acquisitions, deal sourcing, and capital markets activity. Prior to Pebb Capital, Evan worked at Citi Private Bank where he evaluated and underwrote commercial real estate offerings, focusing on origination, valuation, due diligence and manager experience to select opportunistic investments on behalf of ultra-high net worth global private banking clients. At his time at Citi, Evan participated in the origination and fundraising of approximately $1.0B of commercial real estate investments. Evan has a BBA in Finance from the George Washington University School of Business.
